what is ARTHRITIS AND INFLAMATION? 

Arthritis is a disease that causes inflammation and pain in the joints. It can be acute or chronic and can affect one or more joints. Arthritis can have many causes, including infection, trauma, degenerative changes, and autoimmune disease. Osteoporosis is a condition in which there is a decrease in the amount and thickness of bone tissue. This causes the bones to become weak and break more easily.

PROBLEM

The main problem with people suffering from arthritis is that people have symptoms that cause joint pain and stiffness, which typically worsen with age. Everyday chores like cooking, laundry, cleaning, garden work, and recreational activities can become a challenge as the disease progresses. most common types of arthritis are osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.

The biggest problem facing osteoporosis is fractures which can be debilitating and common. Osteoporosis is a disease that causes bones to weaken and become more likely to break, even from minor bumps or coughing. Fractures can occur in any bone but are most common in the hip, spine, and wrist.

Both Arthritis and Osteoporosis affect the bones of people as they age and overuse/injury of the spinal structures.
